PHILADELPHIA POETS Vol. 16 Book Release Party
The annual poetry journal, Philadelphia Poets, Volume 16, 2010, is now available, 160 pages in length, contains the poetry of 55 poets, from Lisa Alexander Baron and Peter Baroth to Anne-Adele Wight and Bill Wunder, and features reviews of the poetry chapbooks of John Amen, Diana Festa, Bruce Niedt, and Bill Wunder. Poets who are published regularly in this publication appear again, as well as many new to us, such as Awilda I. Castro Suarez, Daniel Maroti, Dave Moore, and others. On this occasion, many who are featured in this issue will be available to read their poetry. This promises to be an event replete with the richness of local poetry. The cover art work and design of this new issue is by Jean Galliano, and the back cover features a photo, taken by Christi Earl, of our Avanti Popolo reading which took place at Robin’s in October 2008.
